| CVD Wins Fifth Saturday-Night Grandview Feature Of 2010 |

BECHTELSVILLE, PA - For the fifth time on a Saturday night this season, Craig Von Dohren won the 30-lap NASCAR Whelen All-American Series 358-Modified feature, run in memory of Don Marks, at Grandview Speedway.
Von Dohren, unable to advance in a wet second heat race, qualified his self-owned No. 1c through the first consolation and started the feature from 23rd position.
Von Dohren blasted through the field using the outside lane and overtook Jon Kellner Sr. for the lead on a lap-20 restart.
On Friday night at Big Diamond (Pa.) Raceway, CVD charged from 14th to finish third in the 25-lap feature driving Mike Harvey's No. 1c. CVD extended his lead in the track's 358-Modified standings.
Racing resumes Tuesday at Grandview in a Thunder on the Hill Series event. |
